女同志面對「雙層玻璃天花」(Double Glass Ceiling)的晉升障礙,要同時衝破同志及女性在職場面對的局限,處境比男同志更為艱難,女性的專業參與或因此受制約。高盛內部統計顯示,出櫃者女性只佔兩成,同運參與度亦遠不如男同志。高盛人力資源部執行董事蔡家聰於2008年向女上司出櫃,現身兼高盛亞洲區同志員工網絡聯席主管。他指出女同志在職場公開身份的情況雖較五年前已有改善,仍遠不及反映中高層女性比例,而高盛內部每年追蹤各級員工中的男女比例,力求平衡。

Despite the tireless efforts of our team and the steadfast support of our partners, it is no longer financially viable for us to continue.
