Our Facilitators

Our team has extensive experience in responsible and inclusive business practices in Asia, as well as solid experience in developing innovative and impactful consulting and training solutions. We also have diverse backgrounds in business, HR, banking, technology, marketing, communications, counselling and corporate governance.

As a regional business we have team members located in Hong Kong, Singapore and Bangalore, India, along with presence in Canada, Australia and the UK. In order to meet needs for localisation and language, we also work with associates to deliver our content or deliver complimentary content or services to ensure we provide a holistic solutions.

Director of DE&I, Community Business

Jeiz Robles

Jeiz Robles (she/her) is a Filipina, bisexual, neurodivergent woman recognised globally on the Top 20 of Involve's Global LGBT+ Future Leaders for several years. She champions societal inclusion by influencing Diversity & Inclusion strategies, policies and programs through active work with Employee Resource Groups, Business Leaders and Civil Society Organisations. As Community Business’ Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Director (DE&I), she is responsible for the strategic direction of Community Business’ DE&I offerings.

Prior to joining Community Business, Jeiz worked with IBM in various capacities for 14 years. As APAC Marketplace Diversity Leader, she leveraged on IBM's experience and thought leadership on global diversity & talent management to build and strengthen customer relationships and identify new business & collaboration opportunities for IBM within the Asia.

Prior to joining Marketplace Diversity, she worked with IBM Consulting leading delivery of HR & Talent Services for various industries globally. Jeiz's decade of experience in the company has revolved around leading HR services through transformation, robotic process automation and analytics. She has lead user-centric innovation by use of Design Thinking and Agile ways of working.

As a passionate champion for inclusion, her work with the LGBT+ community in her country has pioneered inclusive programs in ASEAN region which other companies have followed suit gaining several recognitions worldwide.

Outside her various experience in IBM, she is one of the Trustees for the Philippine Financial & Inter-industry Pride (PFIP) where she ran industry-leading initiatives including publishing the PFIP Playbook, founding its Advocacy by Leadership Enablement Program, ran and speak on its Leadership Forums, Pride summits and more. She also was one of the Co-chairs of the Philippine Business Disability Network and recognising the importance of intersectionality and Diversity and Inclusion beyond the workplace, she and her wife have Cofounded The National Inclusion Council of the Philippines that have enabled them to reach and support LGBTQ+ youth and enable workplace inclusion for the local government.

Senior Manager, Consulting & Training, Community Business

Ron Sampaga

As the Senior Manager, Consulting & Training, Ron leads the Consulting and Training team at Community Business. With over 10 years of experience in human resources and learning & development, Ron has honed his expertise in training individuals and teams to drive transformational change. His diverse project experience spans a wide range of industries, including sales and marketing, hospitality, banking and finance.

Ron's expertise lies in leadership development, sales enablement, team building, customer service and personal branding. He is proficient in developing and facilitating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programmes that promote understanding, respect, and inclusive practices within organisations.

Ron has successfully facilitated transformative learning initiatives in Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Japan, and Taiwan. He delivers trainings in both English and Tagalog.

Ron's dedication to continuous professional growth is evident in his extensive credentials, which include certifications as a DiSC Trainer, Life/Executive Coach, and Master Trainer. He believes that training is not merely to inform, but to inspire.

Consultant, Community Business

NG Yee Lin

As a Consultant, Consulting & Training, Yee Lin is responsible for consulting, training design, and delivery at Community Business. With 30 years of experience in the creative and entertainment industry, Yee Lin has crafted campaigns, consumer journey activations, and managed projects for global brands across Asia Pacific. She is also an ICF PCC certified coach.

Yee Lin specialises in inclusive leadership, coaching culture in organisations, building allyship, and mentorship programmes. She integrates coaching elements into her training delivery to create interactive and impactful experiences, enriched with sharing of lived experiences.

She aims to inspire individuals and teams to recognise and amplify their strengths, fostering a healthy work culture.

Manager, Social Impact

Kopal Manglik

Kopal is the Social Impact Manager at Community Business, based in Hong Kong. Prior to Community Business, Kopal ran her own business in content writing, marketing, PR and community management working with entrepreneurs in Hong Kong and Singapore. Previously she has also had experience in academic research, HR and talent acquisition.

Kopal has a Masters in Social Organisational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelors in Economics and Finance from HKUST. She was born in India and brought up in Hong Kong, before moving to New York. She is an active volunteer across various organisations in Hong Kong including MindHK, TEDx Tin Hau Women and Hong Kong Dog Rescue.

Programme Associate, LGBTQ+, Community Business

Sarah Chan

Sarah is the Programme Associate for the LGBTQ+ team at Community Business and is based in Hong Kong. She is responsible for supporting Community Business’ LGBT+ campaign and programmes.

Prior to Community Business, Sarah worked at Midnight Blue as a student intern, an NGO supporting Hong Kong male sex workers, and was responsible for newsletter publications and content creating for social media. She is also a co-producer of a Cantonese podcast show, Gyakutenitoru, discussing Hong Kong social issues through literature, movies and music. She provides technical support for recording sections and sound engineering.

Sarah is a graduate of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. She is native in Cantonese, fluent in English and Mandarin. Her preferred pronouns are she/her.

Programme Manager, Network

Nisha Mathew

Nisha Mathew (she/her), Programme Manager for the Community Business Network, is based in India. Since joining in 2021, she specialises in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) through research, training, events, marketing, and client relations. Her expertise covers intersectionality, wellbeing, gender, LGBTQ+ inclusion, socio-economic mobility, race and culture, disability inclusion and mental health. With a master's degree in psychology, Nisha designs and delivers programmes that foster meaningful DE&I conversations across Asia, engaging APAC DE&I managers, Country Leads, and HR Leaders both virtually and in-person. Her work spans multiple markets including China, Hong Kong, Japan, India, the Philippines and Singapore. Nisha is fluent in English, Hindi and Malayalam. 

Programme Associate, India

Amit Parab

Amit is a Programme Associate at Community Business, India. He is responsible for the design, delivery, project management and client engagement.

Prior to Community Business, Amit has worked for more than 16 years with various CBOs, NGOs and Startup. He has contributed to initiatives supported by renowned donors, foundations and organisations. His major areas include community led programmes, health and human rights for vulnerable and at most risk population in India. He has participated in relief efforts for floods and cyclones in various parts of India. While working with startup has led teleconsultation initiatives for Ayushman Bharat Digital Health Mission. He has expertise in community involvement, capacity building, and technical assistance.

Amit has earned a degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai. He is fluent in speaking English, Hindi and a few other Indian languages.

Programme Associate, India

Sumit Pawar

Sumit is the Programme Associate at Community Business, based in India. His work mainly revolves around supporting campaigns and initiatives of the organisation.

Prior to Community Business, Sumit has worked as freelance consultant in the field of Gender and Sexuality, Youth, SRHR. He has experience in facilitating trainings and developing modules on these topics. He has also been into film making and has directed short films based on sexual minorities.

He is an India Lead for SAYAN which is an international network for Gender and Sexual Minority.

Sumit is fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi and English. He loves to explore different places and cultures.
