Christina Yung

Senior Community, Diversity and Financial Vulnerability Manager | HSBC

Born in Hong Kong, Christina Yung left for school in England at 13, later earning a degree in Social Science and Administration from the University of London before returning to Hong Kong after her studies. Over the years, she has worked mainly in the Finance Sector and is now leading a diversity and financial inclusion programme for HSBC in Hong Kong, assisting in many areas of the community including elderly families living with Dementia, homeless and subdivided flat residence, Refugees and Non refoulement claimant and people with physical and mental health challenges.

Christina is also a published author, having written “Small Shops, Big Hearts” in 2017, a collection of stories and photos of her personal encounters with shop owners and traditional craftsmen and women that have contributed to the rich fabric of Hong Kong’s history.

Julian Koo

CEO and Co-Founder | Jaga-Me

Julian Koo founded Jaga-Me to alleviate the challenges he saw amongst the elderly persons he volunteered with. His passion is to harness innovation to provide patients with the freedom to recover and rehabilitate at home. Prior to Jaga-Me, Julian was responsible for promoting life sciences investment with the Singapore Economic Development Board. He started his career in innovation consulting for Fortune 500 firms at Synapse Product Development, USA. Julian holds an engineering degree from NUS, and a certificate in technopreneurship from Stanford University as part of the NUS Overseas Colleges programme.

Katharine Wood

Senior Reputational Risk and Client Selection Manager and Co-Chair of Ability ERG | HSBC

Born in North East England, Katharine moved to Hong Kong nine years ago to study a masters of International Law at The University of Hong Kong following stints in the United States and The Netherlands. Katharine has worked at HSBC for the past six years primarily in risk and operations and also sits on the board of a local Rugby club running the second largest netball club in Hong Kong. Katharine has always been passionate about mental health through personal experience with depression and anxiety and more recently began studying the connection between mental and physical fitness through her position in the local netball community. Just over a year ago Katharine co-founded the Hong Kong chapter of the Ability employee resource group, championing health and wellness of HSBC employees as well as working with HR to signpost resources on mental and physical health, disability and carers.

Srikripa Srinivasan

Vice President, Performance Analytics Group and Executive Sponsor of Family Balance ERG, India | Dell Technologies

Srikripa brings with her more than 25 years of strong Finance and leadership experience in various industry sectors, having worked on both local and global assignments. Prior to Dell EMC she had a long tenure at Microsoft India, where she last served as Finance Controller for India. She joined Microsoft as India Compliance lead and was instrumental in setting up their Compliance Office. She was later responsible for bringing controllership to Microsoft worldwide standards including SOX 404, Statutory Accounting, Statutory, Tax and Policy Compliances, Payroll, management of Outsourced Partners, Treasury, to name a few.

In her current role, she is responsible to lead business intelligence, reporting & analytics solutions and support for various business functions at Dell.

Srikripa is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant from India. On the personal front, Srikripa is a proud mother of two girls – 13-year-old Niyati and 9-year-old Karuna, with whom she loves spending her free time. Outside of that, Srikripa unwinds by singing Indian classical music.
