Melody So
Programme Associate, LGBT+ at Community Business
Melody gained interest in gender issues as she pursued her degree in Sociology. She has studied in Sweden for one semester during her college years. This abroad experience has opened her eyes to Nordic countries’ open-mindedness regarding gender and the LGBT+ community. Prior to joining Community Business, she worked as an Administrative Assistant in a non-profit organization to support the organization’s community service programs. She also worked in an aviation company as a corporate communications intern.
Graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Melody holds a Bachelor degree of Social Science in Sociology. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Melody is native in Cantonese and fluent in Mandarin and English.
Scot Jones
Senior Programme Manager, LGBT+ at Community Business
Prior to relocating to Hong Kong in 2015, Scot had over 20 years of HR Generalist experience in the US and Canada. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Psychology and is native in English. He uses He/Him/His/Himself pronouns.
