2025 Network Singapore Community Connection - Advancing Wellbeing at Work

'Community Connections' are Community Business Network events that bring together members of the network, community partners and invited guests. These sessions aim to delve into pertinent Diversity, Equity & Inclusion topics and challenges relevant to Singapore and the organisations within the market. 

This Community Connections session will spotlight the efforts of NGOs, civic groups and local organisations to explore how cross-sector collaboration can strengthen prevention and early intervention, bridge service gaps and deliver culturally relevant support for employees in innovative ways. Drawing on real-world workplace and community-based examples, participants will gain practical strategies to build trust, mobilise resources and amplify the impact of wellbeing initiatives.   

Through the presentations and case studies, we will spotlight the efforts of NGOs, civic groups and local organisations in advancing wellbeing at work. 

Who Should Attend?  
We welcome HR professionals, DE&I leaders, NGO representatives and those interested in advancing wellbeing in Singapore workplace. Join us for an evening of meaningful discussions and connections. 

Each Network Member organisation can nominate three representatives. This is your chance to connect, learn and contribute to the conversation.
