Building Emotional Bond Kizuna Between Japanese and Non-Japanese Employees

Kawatani Takashi: LinkedIn >>

If you are looking for innovative ways to build a deep bond or kizuna 絆 between Japanese & non-Japanese employees and engage Japanese to want to become global leaders, this is it!

After 30 years’ global management consulting with Japanese and international firms around the world, Kawatani has realized the fundamental reason for the perceived weak confidence of Japanese business persons in global leadership boils down to the eroded self-respect and attachment with their work places. Paradoxically, “Japanese need more Japan” to become open to diversity and global challenges.

Kawatani will share inspirational concepts and approaches to motivate Japanese employees to give 100% dedication and regard Western companies as the destination rather than temporary alternatives.

You will be taken on a cultural tour to see how speaking to respective personal/social values will awaken dedication and strengthen HRD initiatives involving Japanese employees.
