Mridula is an entrepreneur and founder of Vatt Vriksh Consultants which is a Talent Development Consulting Practice. Her expertise lies in Leadership Coaching and Diversity and Inclusion strategy and practice.

Mridula acquired rich experience in last 25 years of her career in leadership development, coaching, skills and Behavioural trainings and driving diversity and inclusion strategy for organisations like Goldman Sachs, Nomura and Genpact. She built her credibility as a lead for talent development strategy (Diversity and Inclusion, Learning and Leadership Development) and execution and worked in various geographies including England (London, Reading), Middle East (Dubai, Sharjah), India across Financial Services, IT and BPO.

She has coached and mentored many senior professionals including women leaders as they navigate their careers and businesses forward.

Mridula believes that in order to grow and have competitive advantage leaders will need to create inclusive workplace and invest in sustainable employee development and engagement strategies.
