Immersive inclusion brings learning to life through stories; fashioned on real people, situations and organisations.
Through the pairing of dramatic podcasts with targeted workshops, participants come to understand and connect with the topic of inclusion, through story and action, achieving engagement of head, heart and hands.
Designed to meet the needs of participants from all levels this interactive session focuses on the story 7 Seconds, a drama following the journey of Minh, a ”rising star” Regional Marketing Manager promoted into Head Office, with the promise of unimaginable glory – if only he could work out how to fit in and succeed.
